Refund or Discount Code:
Refund: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 6-7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Discount Code: Alternatively, you can opt for a discount code of equal value to your purchase. This code can be applied towards your future orders.
Important Reminders:
The returned item must be in its original, unused condition, and all tags must remain attached.
If the return is not due to a wrong or damaged item, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
